Name of the project: Improving the university training for future teachers of Slovak language at elementary or high schools with minority teaching language through the methodology of teaching foreign languages created by UCM in Trnava. Project was financed by EU TMS:26110230098. Characteristics of the project: The main aim of the project was to improve university education of the future teachers of the Slovak language and literature at schools with teaching language of minorities. who will be working at elementary and high schools for minorities. This approach was supposed to help improving the educational process at schools for minorities. Qualified teachers would be able to remove language related obstacles among students for whom Slovak language is not their mother tongue using contemporary modern teaching methods. This way the students would be better prepared to participate in the current work market and society. Role in the project: member of the research team.
Name of the project: Common educational program of the cross-border excursion like education TMS2014+ NF304010C840 Program INTERREG V-A Slovak Republic - Czech Republic 2014 - 2020 INTERREG A-A SK-CZ/2016/01. Characteristics of the project: The project creates conditions to improve of the employment of the graduates of the teaching programs at Masaryk University in Brno and University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. We created, tested and carried out the cross-border excursion like education in the region of Hodonia, Břeclav, Senica, Skalica and Trnava. The goal is to keep and ongoing cooperation between partner universities while educating future teachers of civic education, introduction to social sciences, which would be taught in the regional education systems in both countries and this way enabling the students to overcome social and cultural barriers within the cross-border regions. Name of the project: Slovak homiletic writing of the 19th century APVV-19-0158. Characteristics of the project: The homiletic writing creates an important part of the Slovak spiritual culture and therefore it is viable to analyze it from the cultural, linguistic and literary point of view. This allows us to examine the authentic source of information that formed the Slovak nation not only morally but also culturally or patriotically. This area of research provides us with a number of sources to examine – prints or manuscripts available in the clerical or state archives. Role in the project: The member of the research team

VEGA 1/0294/25 Literary and Cultural Traditions of Surrealism in Trnava in the 1930s and 1940s. Brief description: The aim of the project is to reconstruct the form of literary life in Trnava during the interwar period through archival research. The focus will be on the literary activities of figures whose work can be associated with the activities of the surrealist and later neo-surrealist group. Slovak surrealists concentrated their activities primarily in Bratislava. Despite its crucial position as a center of neo-surrealism, it appears that other cities in Slovakia can also be considered vibrant surrealist hubs. Among the most active is Trnava, where several members of the neo-surrealist group studied, worked, organized literary life, collaborated with publishers, founded literary journals and book series, and presented the results of their literary activities. The project will map the activities of neo-surrealists connected with Trnava and identify the spaces within the city in which the movement’s actors operated. It also considers important the interpretative analysis of the works of Trnava-based neo-surrealists, which seeks to capture literary representations of the city through artistic expression.
