KEGA - 022UKF-4/2019 Textbook Archives in the Educational Practice. Possibilities of the Application of Written Documents in the Teaching of History at the Basic and Secondary School, 01/2019 - 03/2021, position: project leader.

The aim of the project was to prepare a website and textbook that will bring history teachers and history students closer to the possibilities of using archival documents in school practice. The https://www.archivyvskolskejpraxi8.webnode.sk/ project website contains digital copies of selected archival documents and serves the needs of history teachers at primary and secondary schools, as well as history students and their teachers at philosophical and pedagogical faculties of universities.

Project of Institut für die Geschichte der Juden in Österreich entitled Hungaria et Slovakia Judaica 

Principal investigators: Sabine Hődl, Juraj Šedivý, position in the project: co-investigator 

Annotation: The aim was to make available documents on the history of Jews in the years 1526 – 1670 in the territory of today's Slovakia and Hungary as parts of the former Hungary with relation to Austria within the Habsburg Monarchy. These documents were not published in the Monumenta Hungariae Judaica edition of sources. The project was funded by the Hochschuljubiläumsfond der Österreichischen Nationalbank. Solution time: 2002 – 2003.  

Project APVV-14-0446 - Assessment of teacher competencies, 07/2015 - 06/2019, position: co-researcher from september of 2016.

The aim of the project was to analyze teachers' competencies in the teaching process of various subjects at the second level of primary school and secondary schools, and to propose ways to improve the pedagogical process based on the acquired knowledge. The outputs of the thirty-member research team from all over UKF in Nitra under the leadership of Professor Zdenka Gadušová are several foreign monographs and teaching texts that will also convey this knowledge into school practice. I participated as a co-investigator in the project through approaching the possibilities of using digital databases and archival documents in history teaching at primary and secondary schools.

Project KEGA (002UKF-4/2011) "City behind city", 01/2011 - 12/2012, position: co-researcher.  

The aim of the project was to enable the teaching of history of the city of Nitra to teachers of history at the second level of primary school and gymnasiums using information technologies. One of the outputs of the project is the teaching texts (didactic material) City under the City (history of Nitra in school practice), which presents the history of the city from prehistory to the 20th century. It was compiled by a team of teachers from the Department of History, Faculty of Arts, UKF in Nitra.

It was a project of the Open Society Foundation, the U.S. Embassy in Slovakia and the Czechoslovak Genealogical Society International from the USA. This event was aimed at students grammar schools and was intended to encourage their interest in genealogy and the origins of their family.
