Project FPPV-20-2025 titled Multiplatform Journalism. University Textbook. Project leader (2025). In a dynamically changing media environment, multiplatform journalism is an essential part of modern communication. Digital technologies and new platforms have transformed the way audiences receive and interact with content. In order to prepare the new generation of journalists for this reality, it is necessary to develop educational materials that reflect the current challenges, trends, and theoretical aspects of multiplatform communication. The proposed publication, with the working title Multiplatform Journalism. University Textbook will provide a comprehensive theoretical overview of the principles and methodologies of multiplatform communication. It will focus on key topics such as the specifics of production for different digital media, storytelling adapted to different platforms, the ethics of the multiplatform environment, as well as current trends in audience behavior and their impact on content. This project will provide journalism and media studies students with in-depth theoretical knowledge that will help them understand and analyze the latest principles of journalism in the contemporary media environment. The textbook will enable them to develop critical thinking about the role of different platforms in the process of content creation and distribution.
KEGA Project No. 003UCM-4/2024 entitled Identification and Interpretation of Violence in the New Wave of Slovak Documentary Photography, Implementation of Research in the Pedagogical Process of Photography Media. Deputy project leader. The project is a theoretical-empirical study that analyzes the characteristics of violence through selected documentary projects by the new wave of Slovak documentary photographers – photojournalists. The project reflects the emergence of a young generation of Slovak authors after November 1989, dealing with the accompanying phenomena and contexts of the consequences of violence – whether war, civil extremism, migration, refugees, or environmental activism. The aim is to create a visual map of signs of violence and a case study for educational purposes that examines the social and communicative significance of photography. The project also reflects on the war in Ukraine and includes exhibitions, discussions with authors, and theoretical analyses. The final output will be a collection of reflections and image appendices.
KEGA Project No. 013UCM-4/2021 entitled Projection of digital technologies in the structure of means of expression of the medium of photography in the study of luminography, photomontage and staged portrait in the pedagogical process. Member of the research team. Project works with the advent and development of digital technologies in digital image processing, reflects the projection of these technologies in the pedagogical process in selected creative media segments photography - luminography, photomontage and staged portrait. The topic deals with the means of expression of luminography, photomontage and staged portrait as communication schemes of digital coding of the photographic image in the pre-pedagogical process. The medium of photography in the creative process is determined by the technological pressure (penetration) of digital and post-production technological processes. The topic reflects the technological dialogue of old analog techniques and procedures of luminography, photomontage and staged portrait with new possibilities of digital communication and post-production strategies in selected genres (segments) of the medium of photography.

Project FPPV-20-2020 entitled Revitalization of the Ľudovít Hlaváč Gallery. Principal investigator. Ľudovít Hlaváč Gallery, exhibition space of the Faculty of Mass Media Communication UCM, enables students to present and make their photographic work visible on campus. In 2020, it celebrates a decade of operation. During that time, a lot was organized in it photography exhibitions, presenting current artistic trends and openness to individuality visual expression of the authors. Our university is one of the few Slovak schools where media is taught he devotes so much time and space to photography. In order for the gallery activity not to suffer in quality, it is it is necessary to have suitable frames, panels, printing or other necessities. Ľudovít Hlaváč, after whom the Gallery is named, was an important art historian who in addition to publishing a number of photographic monographs, he founded the very first one in Bratislava photo gallery – Chamber Gallery Profile. We would like to carry on his legacy, why not cooperation with a renowned cultural institution such as the Ján Palárik Theater also helps in Trnava. In addition to exhibition activity, the Gallery also serves as a multifunctional space for meetings and discussions with interesting personalities from the field of art and culture, thereby spreading the good name universities.

Dr. Eva Kramara Jonisová has been working at FMK UCM in Trnava since 2013. She completed her bachelor's degree in mass media communication in 2016 and her master's degree in the same program in 2018. In 2022, she successfully defended her dissertation on semiotics and narration in photography, thus completing her doctoral studies. At the same time, she obtained the academic title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and has been working at the faculty as an assistant professor since September 2022.
Her scientific research focuses mainly on photography, specifically documentary, social, and journalistic photography, staged portraits, and semiotics and narration in this medium. She also devotes herself to online journalism, teaches the subject of multi-platform journalism, and participates in the training of novice editors of the university magazine atteliér.
She has participated in several collective exhibitions of students from the Studio of Communication in the Medium of Photography (AKMF) at the Ľudovít Hlaváč Gallery at FMK UCM in Trnava and at the Central European House of Photography in Bratislava. She also regularly participates in creative workshops under the auspices of AKMF and under the expert guidance of doc. MgA. Jozef Sedlák, in which students and teachers document life and preserve visual messages and traces in time through the medium of photography in Nižné Ružbachy, Vyšné Ružbachy, and Podolínec, which subsequently resulted in book publications. She has exhibited independently in Trnava (Ecce Eva, 2019) and Senica (Kalvárie; 2021). In 2021, she was a lecturer at photography workshops at the Cultural Centre (Záhorské osvetové stredisko) in Senica, as well as the curator of the exhibition Impresie všedného dňa (Impressions of Everyday Life) in Senica and Velké Pavlovice (Czech Republic). She is a judge for the national amateur photography competition AMFO.
She is also involved in online journalism, having worked for three years as an editor and proofreader for the web portal Gaudeo.sk, later attelier.sk. In addition, she gained more than a year of practice and experience at a lifestyle online magazine. She also works as a language proofreader, is a reviewer for the scientific journals Media and Communications and European Journal of Media, Art and Photography, editor of the photography section of the MUUZA creative yearbook, and administrator of the website muuza.fmk.sk. and curator of the university's Ľudovít Hlaváč Gallery,for which she also managed the website and social media until 2025. From 2020 to 2025, she worked as the administrator of the faculty website fmk.ucm.sk, where she was responsible for the content and technical management of the site. He is currently helping to create content for the university website ucm.sk.
