Assoc. Prof. PhDr. Zora Hudíková, PhD. is a psychologist of media and mediologist. Currently, she is an evaluation professor, pedagogue and researcher in the media communication area. Her main professional field as a pedagogue and researcher are: Psychology of media, creator's personality, recipient's personality,cognitive processing and impact of medial content, communication on many levels, with a different target groups, on different levels and types of processes, creativity, creative teams management, radio journalism, socio-cultural aspects of marketing enviroment, public medial speaking. In her research, as well as in her pedagogical work, she is capable of using her creator, lecturer and creative-team coaching skills and experiences. She is very well experienced in communication training, specifically medial communication training (moderator, editor, respondent) valuing medial contents, character attributes of creator, and creative process. Outside the academic field, she created a concept and couched numerous communication trainings with specialisation on improving “soft skills'' with different types of participants on national and international level (e.g. DELL, ECCO, Skye Europe, Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o., MONDI SCP, Emerson, KINEX measuring, SLOVALCO and others.) on different leading positions (top managers, 1.st grade managers), and for specific target groups. She is especially dedicated to the topic of minorities, refugees, people with specific needs, within even international projects (Europe Matters – Europe Works, Enter, Tandem, European Solidarity corps, Norwegian national fund, e.g.). She wrote a monograph, university text-books, and scientific articles. She participated in conferences in Slovakia, Czechia, Serbia, Russia, Bulgaria, Cyprus. She was a member and also leader of VEGA and KEGA projects. She currently participates on the H 2020 project, she was invited to lecture in Slovakia and also abroad (Czechia, Serbia, Russia). She is editor in chief of database journal - European Journal of Media, Art and Photography (EJMAP), she publishes in different journals as well. She helps to develop journalists and collaborates with the National council of Slovak minority in Serbia. She is an accessor (KEGA, VEGA), media content (RTVS) and reviewer of numerous books in mass media and communication studies. She created the concept of Audiovisual Education for Primary Art Schools, which is being implemented throughout Slovakia. The performances of the creators are presented throughout the nationwide competition Zlatá klapka, which is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Education. She also compiled the concept of educating students in the field of practical competencies (media production) at the Faculty of Mass Media PEVŠ. In 2016, she was contained in the Encyclopedia of Personalities of the Czech and Slovak Republics, published by Oxford Encyklopedia Ltd.
